Pat Grieco is the former New Jersey NPC Vice Chairman, National and local judge for 15 years, former contest promoter and a two time National Bodybuilding Champion himself with over two decades of preparing athletes for the stage. He will also make sure you are one hundred percent prepared the day of the show and is there with you every step of the way from the start of prep to the time you walk on stage. The program begins with a 1 hour complimentary consultation with Nutrition Specialist, Elite Fitness Trainer and competitor Pat Grieco.
During this session, he will complete a comprehensive health and fitness assessment identifying your daily schedule, nutritional history, weight loss/gain patterns, nutritional supplementation, medical history, fitness level, prior contest history and body composition. The results of this evaluation are factored into a detailed nutrition, supplementation plan and cardiovascular/fitness training routine geared towards the time of 12-16 weeks of contest preparation.
